We run Direm Marketing Services out of Flat F301 in the Mantri Woodlands complex. It’s right on Banerghatta Main Road, near the Arakere Gate in Bangalore. Working out of a flat is actually pretty comfortable compared to a big sterile office building. We have a good view of the trees outside, which helps when things get stressful. Marketing is a lot of spreadsheets and planning, so being in a place like Mantri Woodlands makes the day go by a bit better. We aren't the type of agency that has a bar or a pool table in the office. It's mostly just us at our desks, drinking too much coffee and trying to stay on top of our emails. If you come by, you might hear the usual sounds of a residential complex in the background, like kids playing or people moving around. We don't mind it. It feels more real than a silent corporate floor. We just do our work, talk to our clients, and try to keep things simple. We don't use fancy jargon or try to sound more important than we are. We're just a small team in a flat doing marketing work, and that's good enough for us.
