Our office is tucked away in the C.M Rathnam area of Bangalore. If you are looking for us, we are right here in Karnataka 560 078. It is a pretty standard setup where we handle the day-to-day operations for Diliconsolutions. The space isn't huge, but it fits everyone. We usually start the morning by checking the emails and seeing what needs fixing from the day before. Bangalore has changed a lot, but this part of town still feels like the old city in some ways. There is a lot of back and forth between the desks. We don't have those fancy open-plan offices you see in magazines. It is more about having a desk that works and a chair that doesn’t squeak too much. People come in, do their bit, and head home to beat the evening rush. We keep things straightforward. No one here is trying to sound like a boss from a movie. We just deal with the projects as they come. Sometimes it gets busy and we stay late, other times it is quiet enough to actually hear the birds outside. We’ve got a small pantry area for lunch, though most of us go out to the local spots nearby. It’s just a regular workplace with regular people doing their jobs. We like it that way because it keeps things honest and simple. We aren't out to change the world, just to do our work properly.
