Dilicon Solutions is located over in Koramangala, inside the National Games Village at A 4. If you’ve ever been to Bangalore, you know how the traffic is around this part of town, so being inside the village is actually a bit quieter than the main roads. We are a private limited company, but the office feels more like a regular workspace where we just get on with our tasks. There’s a lot of software and technical work happening at the desks. We aren't a huge corporation with glass buildings; it's more of a practical setup. Most of us have been working together for a while, so we just know how things go. We drink a lot of tea and spend a lot of time on our computers. Getting to Bangalore 47 can be a bit of a trek depending on where you're coming from. The National Games Village is a big landmark, so that helps people find us. We don't really have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just rooms with tables, chairs, and some servers humming in the corner. We handle our projects as they come in. It gets pretty busy towards the end of the month, but we usually head out by six or seven. It’s just a normal bunch of people doing their jobs in a normal office. There is always someone complaining about the commute, but once we are at our desks, we just focus on the code and the solutions we are building.
