We are located over at 41549 Rabrindranath Tagore Nagar, which is right by the Kubhariya Bus Stand. Being so close to the bus stand means it’s always loud outside, but it makes it very easy for our staff to get to work every day. Digital Factors India Pvt Ltd is basically a small group of people who handle digital security and identification stuff. We’ve got a lot of boxes stacked in the corners usually because we’re often shipping out cards or readers to different clients. The office isn't fancy at all. We have some sturdy desks and a few cabinets for filing, but that’s about it. We don’t really do the whole corporate culture thing. We just come in, check the orders, and make sure everything is going where it needs to go. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just how it is here. We’ve been at this location for a while and the locals know us. It’s a bit dusty because of the road construction nearby, but we keep the inside as tidy as we can. We do a lot of repetitive work, checking serial numbers and testing devices, but it’s important to get it right. No one here is looking for a promotion or a title; we just want to make sure the customers get their equipment on time and that it actually works. That is all we really focus on during the day.
