Digital Ckts Pvt Ltd is based at Arpitha Farm in Siddapura, which is in the Harohalli area of Kanakapura. It’s a bit of a drive out from the main Bangalore city, but being at the farm makes for a much nicer workspace. Sunil B. A, who is the son of B. L. Anilkumar, runs things here. It’s a bit unusual to have a tech company on a farm, but we find that the quiet environment helps us focus better on the complex circuit work we do. We don’t have the usual office distractions like sirens or heavy traffic. Instead, we have a lot of space and a much slower pace of life. Our setup is straightforward and functional. We’ve got our workstations and all the tools we need to assemble and test our products. It’s a family-oriented vibe here, and we don’t really follow a strict corporate hierarchy. We just work together to get things finished. Sometimes we have to deal with the quirks of being in a more rural area, like the occasional insect or the dust from the farm, but it’s worth it for the peace. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do good work from our base here in Siddapura and keep our customers happy. It’s a unique way to run a business, and it suits us perfectly.
