Digiprotek

Digiprotek is situated at 620, 12th Main in HAL 2nd Stage. This part of Bangalore is always packed with people and cars, so getting to the office can be a bit of a challenge some days. Our space is fairly simple. We have our computers set up and a few meeting areas that aren’t very formal. The work we do involves a lot of sitting and focusing on screens for long hours. You’ll mostly find us typing away or discussing project details in the small kitchen area while the kettle boils. We don’t have a receptionist or a big lobby. When someone comes by, whoever is closest to the door usually gets up to say hello. The trees outside on 12th Main give some nice shade, which is good because the sun gets pretty strong in the afternoon. We try to keep things relaxed here. There isn’t a strict dress code or anything corporate like that. We just focus on the tasks we have for the week. Sometimes we stay late to finish a piece of work, and other times we leave early if the traffic looks particularly bad. It’s a straightforward environment where the focus is just on the technical side of things. We’ve got some old posters on the walls and a few plants that someone remembers to water occasionally. It feels more like a workshop than a big company office. We enjoy being in this neighborhood despite the noise.
