Diet And Physio Clinic

We are located over at No.104 in Daya Residency, right in Krishnam Raju Layout. It’s in JP Nagar 7th Phase, not too far from the Kalyani Magnum IT Park. The area has changed a lot lately with all the new buildings and traffic. We’ve got this small space on the 1st Main where we handle diet and physiotherapy. It’s not a massive gym or a hospital, just a regular clinic setup. People from the IT park sometimes drop by after work because we are close. We have some basic equipment and some charts on the wall about food and muscles. Sometimes the 9th Cross gets a bit jammed with cars, so parking can be tricky if you come at peak hours. We spend a lot of time talking to people about what they eat and how they move. It’s mostly just sitting down and figuring things out together. The office is plain, nothing too fancy to look at. We try to keep the atmosphere quiet so people can focus on their exercises. We see a lot of office workers with back pain and folks trying to change their habits. It’s been a few years since we started here. We know the neighbors and the local shopkeepers. It’s a straightforward place. We don’t do big ads; usually, someone just tells a friend about us. That’s how we like it, just keeping busy and helping out when someone walks through the door.
