Our office is located at Flat No. 312, 2nd Block in the Samhita Green Woods Apartments in Thubarahalli, Bangalore. Being in a residential apartment complex means we have a fairly quiet environment for the most part. The address is in the 560066 area of Karnataka. We’ve turned this flat into a workspace where our team gathers to handle our technology projects. It’s not your typical office with cubicles; instead, we have desks pushed up against the walls and plenty of power strips everywhere. We spend most of our day here, usually starting around nine in the morning. There is always someone in the small kitchen area fixing a drink or grabbing a snack. We don't have a dedicated cleaning crew that comes in every hour, so we mostly look after the place ourselves. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we take the stairs to get some exercise. The neighborhood has a lot of small shops and eateries, so there are always options for lunch if we don't bring something from home. It’s a straightforward setup that allows us to focus on our coding and support tasks without the distractions of a big corporate office. We like the fact that it feels a bit more personal here. There aren't any big motivational posters, just our work notes stuck to the walls with tape.
