You can find us on the ground floor of building 3293 on 12th Main in Indira Nagar. We are very close to the ESI Hospital, which is the main thing people look for when they are coming this way. Being on the 1st Stage of Indira Nagar means there is always something happening outside. The traffic on 12th Main can be a bit much during the peak hours, but once you step inside, it’s a bit calmer. We handle a variety of diagnostic tests every day. The lab part of the office is where we spend most of our time. It is a simple setup with the registration desk right at the front. We have a few chairs for people to sit while they wait for their turn. It’s not a huge place, but we make use of the space we have. Most of the people who come here are from the surrounding blocks or are people who were already visiting the ESI Hospital and needed something done quickly. We don't have a big corporate team; it’s just us doing the daily work of collecting samples and giving out reports. Sometimes the printer acts up or the internet is slow, but we get the job done. We’ve been here long enough that we know the local tea stall guy and the other shop owners on the street. It feels like a normal part of the neighborhood. We just keep things moving and try to stay organized through the day.
