Dhathri Developers

Dhathri Developers is based out of 108/13 in New Kaval bysandra. We have been in this area for some time now. It is a local place and we feel like part of the neighborhood. We work on development projects. It’s not always easy but we enjoy the process of seeing something get built. The office is a bit small but we make it work. We have maps and plans pinned to the walls. It gets a bit messy when we are in the middle of a big project. We don’t really care about having a polished look. We just care about the work being right. People in New Kaval bysandra know us. We are just regular people. We don't use big words to sound important. If someone asks a question, we give them a direct answer. Sometimes we have to go out to sites, so the office might be empty for a few hours. We leave a note on the door when that happens. It’s a simple way of doing things. We don't have a big HR department or anything like that. We just handle things as they come up. It's a practical way to run a business. We get our lunch from the place down the street most days. It’s nothing special but it’s consistent. We value that consistency in our work too. It keeps things moving forward without any unnecessary drama.
