Devyani Exports

Devyani Exports is located on the 3rd floor of the Empire Infantry building. This is on 29 Infantry Road, which is a well-known street if you spend any time around this part of the city. It’s a bit of a climb if you don’t take the lift, but we have a decent view of the street from up here. Dealing with exports means we are often tied to our desks or on the phone, trying to sort out shipping schedules and paperwork for different destinations. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication, and sometimes things get a bit stressful when a container is delayed or a document isn't signed quite right. But we’ve been doing this for a while, so we know how to handle the hiccups. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees; we are just a small bunch of us who know the export business inside out. The office is usually quiet, except for the sound of typing and the occasional loud conversation about a shipment. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just focus on making sure the goods get from point A to point B without too much trouble. It’s a plain business, and we treat it that way. Infantry Road can get really jammed with traffic in the evenings, so we usually try to get our main work done and the paperwork filed before the rush starts and it gets too noisy outside and on the stairs.
