Temco Electrical Electronic Devices Pvt. Ltd. is on the first floor of the D.M.S. Complex. We're in the Devinagar area, near the R.M.V. 2nd Stage and the Sanjaynagar Post office. The stairs up are steep and narrow, so you have to be careful with boxes. Inside, it's a mix of an office and a small assembly workshop. We deal with electrical components and devices, so there are always wires and plastic casings on the tables. It’s not the most organized place, but we know where everything is. We spend time testing circuits or packing boxes for delivery. The old ceiling fan makes a clicking sound we've stopped noticing. We don't have a large staff, just a few of us who've worked together for years. It’s detailed technical work, looking at tiny parts under magnifying glasses. We get deliveries from the post office down the road, which keeps us busy. Walls are covered in technical charts and faded photos from past years. We usually have the radio playing softly to keep things from being too quiet. The landlord sometimes stops by to complain about assembly noise, but we just offer him tea. It’s just the way things go at the D.M.S. Complex. We don't go in for big presentations or corporate talk. We just show up, do the technical work, and head home. It’s a simple operation in a busy part of town. We don't have fancy signage, just a doorbell.
