Our office for Destination Resorts India Pvt.Ltd. is located at number 18 in Balaji Layout. We are right on the 3rd Cross in Marathahalli, which is a very busy part of Bangalore. Outside, there is always the sound of traffic and people moving about, but inside our office, we just focus on the work. We deal with a lot of different resort properties across the country. A typical day involves a lot of coordination. We have to talk to the managers at the resorts and then talk to the families or groups who want to stay there. It is a lot of logistical work that people don't always see. We have a small team here. Everyone knows each other well. We keep our files in big cabinets and use the computers for all the email stuff. It is not a glamorous job, despite what people think about the travel industry. It is mostly about checking dates and making sure the prices haven't changed overnight. Sometimes we have to deal with cancellations or changes, which is a bit of a mess to sort out. We have been at this Marathahalli location for years. The office is simple and functional. We don't have a big marketing department.
