Our office for Destination Of The World (Subcontinent) Pvt. Ltd. is located in Ramamurthynagar. We are specifically at R.K. Apartments, Block I, on the 3rd floor, 3A. Bangalore is a big city, and T.C. Palya is a busy area to be in. Working from an apartment block is actually quite nice because it’s a bit calmer than being on the main road. We handle a lot of travel arrangements across the subcontinent. This means our phones are always buzzing with calls from hotels or transport people. The office is full of maps and printed itineraries. Being on the third floor means we get a bit of a breeze if the windows are open, which is good when it gets stuffy. We aren't a huge multinational with a massive floor; we are a dedicated group working out of a few rooms. There’s a lot of coordination involved in making sure people get where they need to go on time. Sometimes things go wrong with flights or weather, and those are the days we really have to work hard to fix things. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea and talk about the latest travel news. It’s a friendly place to work, even if it gets a bit chaotic during the peak travel seasons. We just keep our heads down and focus on getting the bookings right.
