Desktop Support

Our setup is located at house number 287 in the third block, right on the 9th cross in Vishwapriya Nagar, Begur. It is actually at Sanganna Shahukar’s place. Bangalore is a big city, but we focus on helping the folks around this part of town with their desktop problems. I handle things like software installation, fixing hardware bugs, and general maintenance. It isn't a big shop with a neon sign. It’s a quiet place where people can drop off their computers. I’ve lived in this area for a long time, so I know the locals pretty well. The 9th cross is a nice street, though it gets a bit dusty. My workspace is usually covered in screws and screwdrivers. I started doing this because I always liked knowing how things work inside the box. Now, I spend my days troubleshooting why a system is crashing or why the internet isn't connecting. I don't use a lot of fancy words to explain what's wrong. I just tell people what needs to be replaced and how much the part will cost. It’s a very direct way of working. Most people find me through their neighbors. I just try to be useful and keep the computers running in the neighborhood. It’s a small, practical operation that keeps me busy from morning till evening. Sometimes I stay up late finishing a repair so someone can have their machine back the next day.
