Design Shelter

If you go to the BDA Complex on Dadi Sheth Road, you’ll find us on the first floor at number 33. Nagarbhavi is a busy place and this building always has people coming and going. Our office for Design Shelter is usually full of rolls of paper and different samples scattered across the desks. It isn’t very tidy. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and talking over the noise from the hallway. The first floor gets a bit of light but mostly we just use the overhead lamps. It’s a small team here. We mostly just sit and work through the morning and into the late evening. Sometimes we go downstairs for coffee when the work gets too much. There isn’t any big sign outside telling people how great we are. We just have the name on the door and that’s enough. Most people who come here are looking for something specific for their house or a project. We don’t use a lot of big words to explain things. We just show what we have and see if it works for them. The BDA Complex has a certain smell of old concrete and dust. We’ve gotten used to it over the years. It is a decent place to be if you want to get things done without being bothered by too much noise from the main road.
