It’s a bit of a funny situation with our name and where we are. We go by Design Graphics Pvt Ltd Lajpat Nagar New Delhi, but our actual physical spot is at House No.348 in Badkhal Shivaji Nagar, Maharashtra. I know, the 560051 zip code is a long way from Delhi. People ask about it sometimes, but it’s just how things ended up. We’re firmly planted here in Maharashtra now. The area around Shivaji Nagar is pretty lively. Our office is in a regular house, which makes it feel less like a workplace and more like a second home. We handle a lot of graphics work, which means lots of color and printing talk. It’s a bit cramped inside because we have a lot of equipment. The street outside is usually busy with people going about their business. We don’t have any slick marketing people. It’s just us. We wake up, get some breakfast, and start working on whatever files came in overnight. Sometimes the heat in Maharashtra gets to be a bit much, but we have some old fans that keep the air moving. It’s a practical setup. We aren't trying to change the world; we just want to make sure the graphics look right before they go out.
