We don't have one of those big, shiny offices in the tech parks. We prefer a more simple approach. Our work is all about the details of engineering and design. We spend our time looking at schematics and figuring out how to make things work better. Bangalore is a busy city for this kind of thing, but we try to keep it personal. It’s just a small operation. We do a lot of the work ourselves, from the first sketch to the final technical check. It can be stressful when deadlines are tight, especially with the Bangalore traffic making everything take longer, but we enjoy the challenge. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. When you call or visit, you’re talking directly to the people doing the work. It’s a very practical way of doing business. We’ve built up a bit of a reputation just by being consistent and showing up every day. We don't use any fancy talk or marketing tricks. We just do the engineering work as best as we can.
