Descartes Technologies Private Limited

Our place is located in Kundalahalli, right near Kethana Orchids. It is House No 14 on Silver Springs Lane, which is a bit of a tucked-away spot in the Mara Anjaneya area. Descartes Technologies operates out of this building. It feels more like a home than a traditional office, which we actually prefer. We have got our setup in the rooms here, with wires running along the floor and monitors everywhere. Being near the orchids means there is a bit of greenery around, even though Bangalore is getting so crowded. It is a quiet lane mostly, except when the delivery bikes come through. We spend our hours here working on various tech projects. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that is just how it is. We don't have a big HR department or a cafeteria. We just go out to the local stalls when we are hungry. It is a very hands-on environment. Everyone knows what they have to do. We keep the place tidy, or at least we try to. The commute can be a pain because of the traffic near the main road, but once you get into Silver Springs Lane, it is much better. We are just a group of people doing our jobs in a quiet corner of the city. It is practical and straightforward, which is exactly how we like to keep things. We do our best to stay focused on the tasks.
