Deomss Solutions Private Limited

Deomss Solutions Private Limited is up on Level 7 of the Manyata Tech Park. We are in the Hebbal Outer Executive Centre, specifically the Mfar Greenheart building. Being on the 7th floor gives us a bit of a view of the park, which is nice when you need to look away from the screen for a minute. Manyata is a huge place with thousands of people, but our little corner in Mfar Greenheart feels a bit more contained. We have our desks set up in a way that lets us talk to each other easily. It’s a professional building, but we try to keep our own space feeling a bit more relaxed. The elevators can be a bit slow during the morning rush, so we’ve learned to plan around that. We spend most of our time here just working through the lists of things we need to do. It’s a clean and modern building, which is a change from some other places, but we don't let that make us too formal. We still have our messy desks and half-finished cups of tea lying around. People come and go throughout the day. It’s a busy environment overall, but inside our office, we just focus on the tasks at hand. We don't have any big mission or philosophy. We just come to work, do what we are supposed to do, and go home. Sometimes we stay later than planned because a project gets interesting. The security guys at the gate know us now because we are there every day.
