We are located at 103 in Balaji Residency. It is right behind the Dodda Banaswadi Bus Stand here in Bangalore. Being near the bus stand means it is always noisy and there are people everywhere, but it makes it easy for the staff to commute. We’ve been in this building for a few years now. The office is basically an apartment that we turned into a workspace. It feels a bit like home, which is nice when we have to stay late to finish up a project. We do technical work, mostly focusing on the details that people usually don't see. Bangalore traffic is a nightmare, so we try to get in early before the roads get blocked up. The office has a few desks and a lot of cables running around. It’s not the most stylish place, but it’s where we do our best thinking. We have a small balcony where we go to get some air when the screens get too much. The neighbors in the residency are used to us by now. We try to keep the noise down, but sometimes the machines are a bit loud. It’s just a small group of us working together. We don’t have a big HR department or anything, we just talk to each other if there’s a problem. We’ve been at this spot for a while now, just keeping things moving day by day. We like the local food stalls nearby for lunch and usually head out there together when we have time.
