Our Dell location is out on Hesarghatta Road. We are at 224/1, on the 5th Main in BH Nagar, T. Dasarahalli. This part of Bangalore is quite far out and it gets very dusty with all the construction and trucks going by. It’s a busy industrial and residential mix. Our building is a simple structure on a corner. Inside, it is all about the work. We handle a lot of equipment and parts here. It isn't a shiny retail store where everything is on display. It’s more of a place where things get fixed or sorted out. We have benches for working on hardware and shelves full of boxes. The 5th Main road is usually crowded, so getting in and out can take a bit of time. We’ve been here for a while and the staff knows the routine. We aren't big on corporate talk or long meetings. We just look at what needs to be repaired or shipped and we get to it. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going. We have a small area where we keep our tools and another where we keep the paperwork. It’s a no-nonsense kind of place. We don't have a fancy sign or a big parking lot. Most people who come here are just looking to get their stuff sorted out. We do our bit and keep things moving as best as we can.
