Our office is located over at 7th B Main, in the 1st Block of HRBR Layout, which is part of the Kalyan Nagar area in Bangalore. It’s a pretty nice neighborhood, actually. You have a lot of trees and some good local spots to eat. Dell International Services has been here for a good while, and most of us who work here have our favorite tea stalls and lunch places within walking distance of the 1st Block. Even though the name sounds big, the day-to-day life here is pretty grounded. We are just a group of people sitting at our desks, taking calls, and solving problems. The HRBR Layout is a bit quieter than the main city center, which is a relief when you’re trying to focus. You’ll see us coming in every morning, maybe complaining about the traffic on the ring road, but once we’re at the office, we just get down to it. We aren't into the whole corporate jargon thing. We just talk like normal people and try to get our work done so we can go home. Sometimes we stay late when things get busy, and you can see the lights on from the street. It’s a regular office life in a regular Bangalore neighborhood. We like being in Kalyan Nagar because it feels like a real community, not just a bunch of office buildings. It is a decent place to spend our working hours, all things considered.
