Our office is over at Mahalaxmi Chambers, right near the old Balleiuwe Nursing Home. It’s a well-known spot in the area. We’re part of Dell International Services India Pvt. Ltd. The building itself is older but it’s right in the middle of everything. It’s a busy place with a lot of people coming in and out all day. We deal with all sorts of technical support and service requests. You’ll see rows and rows of desks with people wearing headsets. It’s not the quietest office, that’s for sure. There’s always someone talking to a customer or discussing a fix. The Mediacom Interaction part of the building is where a lot of the action happens. Getting lunch around here is easy because there are so many small eateries tucked into the side streets. The traffic on the main road can be a nightmare in the evenings, so we usually hang around for a bit after work ends. It’s a very functional space. We don't have fancy decorations or anything like that. It’s just computers, phones, and people trying to solve problems. Some of us have been at this address for years and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. It’s just a regular day-to-day grind for us here. We focus on the tasks at hand and try to keep things running as smoothly as we can for the users. No big corporate speeches here, just work.
