Our office is situated in the Immadahalli area of Bangalore, right near the post office. We are at Ramakrishnappa’s property. Even though Bangalore is known for its high-tech buildings, our spot is much more down-to-earth. It is a simple building in a neighborhood that still feels a bit like a village in some parts. We handle tech support and international operations from here. Inside, it is mostly just rows of computers and a few whiteboards where we scribble notes. It is usually quiet, except for the sound of typing and the occasional phone call. We have a small break area where we keep a kettle for tea and coffee. The local post office is just a stone's throw away, so we use that as a landmark when we are telling people how to find us. The traffic on the main road can be a headache during peak hours, so most of us try to get in early. We don’t have any big signs or flashy lights outside. It is a practical workplace where we just focus on solving problems and keeping things running. We know the local vendors who sell snacks and newspapers nearby. It is a comfortable place to work. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy office; we just want to do our jobs well and go home to our families.
