Our place is located at 412 H Siddiah Road over in Wilson Garden. It’s an older part of Bangalore and we’ve been here for quite some time now. The name on the paperwork says Dell Australia Pty Ltd Till Oct 2008, which is a bit of a mouthful, but that’s just the official side of things. Around here, we just think of it as our daily workspace. The office is pretty straightforward. We don’t have those flashy glass walls or modern art everywhere. It’s just desks, chairs, and people working. Wilson Garden is a busy area, so there is always noise from the street, but you get used to it after a week or two. We handle a lot of the back-end stuff here. It's not the kind of place where customers walk in off the street much. We mostly just focus on our tasks and get things sorted. The building has seen better days, maybe, but it’s sturdy and gets the job done. We’ve got a mix of people here. Some have been here since before the name change mentioned in our title, and some are newer. We eat lunch together sometimes when it isn't too busy. It’s a practical setup. We don't spend time on fancy presentations about our goals. We just know what needs to happen by the end of the day and we do it. It's a bit dusty sometimes because of the roadwork nearby. The location is convenient for most of the staff.
