Our office is located at Bilwa Priya, No: 48 on 8th Cross in Koramangala. If you know Bangalore, you know how 1st Block can get during the rush hour. Anil Nursery Road is right nearby, so there is always a bit of green around if you look out the window, which is nice when you’ve been staring at a screen for six hours straight. We are on the 3rd Main in Venkatapura, and it’s a fairly easy spot to find once you get off the main road. Delante Technology Solutions Private Limited is a long name for what we actually are—just a group of people trying to make software work without too many bugs. We have a small pantry where the kettle is always on. Most of us live nearby, so we spend a lot of time complaining about the traffic on the way in. The office itself is pretty simple. We’ve got some desks, a lot of cables running along the floor, and a whiteboard that never gets fully erased. It’s not one of those big corporate campuses with a gym and a cafeteria. We usually just order lunch from the mess down the street or bring tiffin from home. It’s a practical space. We focus on getting the code right and making sure the servers don't crash. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, but we usually try to get out before the evening rain starts and the roads flood.
