Defsys Solutions Pvt Ltd is located out in Hoskote, specifically at Plot 35 on 2nd Cross. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, but that’s how we like it. There’s more space here. We have a decent-sized setup since we need the room for our equipment and stuff. It’s an industrial-feeling area, very practical. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a lobby. People come here to work. The team is a mix of locals from Hoskote and some people who commute from further into Bangalore. We started out small and just stayed at this plot as we grew. It’s a straightforward environment. We deal with a lot of technical solutions, and it gets loud sometimes depending on what’s happening on the floor. The office part is just upstairs. We have a small kitchen where we heat up our lunch. Usually, the conversation is about the commute or what needs to be finished by Friday. We don’t use a lot of big words to describe ourselves. We are just a team of people in a shed-like building making sure things get built right. It’s honest work. The weather out here in Hoskote is sometimes a bit better than the city center, which is a nice bonus. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the projects we have on hand, making sure every day counts towards getting the job done properly.
