Motherson Innovative Engineering Solutions

We are located out at number 14 in the KIADB Industrial Area, right in the 1st Phase near Mysore Road. The area is called Kumbalgodu, and it's quite a trek from the main city center, but it gives us the space we need for engineering work at Motherson Innovative Engineering Solutions. The building is a standard industrial shed like many others around here. Inside, it’s mostly open space where we handle different parts of the projects. It gets pretty loud when the machines are all running at once, so we usually have to shout a bit to hear each other. We do not have much in the way of decoration. There are some old calendars on the walls and plenty of technical drawings spread out over the tables. The rain hits the tin roof quite hard during the monsoon, which makes for a lot of noise, but we just keep working through it. We have a small tea area in the corner where everyone gathers for a break around mid-morning. It’s a practical environment. We don’t spend money on fancy furniture because we’d rather have better equipment for the shop floor. Most of us have been working in this industrial belt for years, so we know the local shops and where to get things fixed if something breaks down. It is just a regular engineering spot doing what we do every day without much fuss.
