Eta Technology is based out in Peenya Industrial Area, specifically on the 13th Cross in the 4th Phase. If you have ever been to Peenya, you know it’s a place where things actually get built. There is a lot of metal, a lot of grease, and plenty of heavy trucks moving in and out of the narrow streets. Our building at 484 D is pretty typical for the area. It’s a functional space where we spend most of our hours. The air always smells a bit like industrial oil, and there’s a constant hum of machinery from the neighboring shops. We aren't really the type to wear suits or have fancy lunch breaks. Usually, we just eat at our desks or find a small shop on the corner for some rice. The floor is concrete, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it doesn't really matter for the kind of work we do. We’ve got our tools, our workstations, and a few fans to keep the air moving when it gets hot in the afternoons. It can be a long commute for some of us, getting through the Bangalore traffic to reach this side of town, but once we’re here, we just get stuck into the tasks. It’s honest work, and we have been doing it at this same spot for quite a while now. We keep our heads down and finish the day's work.
