Down on 44 Krishnarajendra Road, things are usually pretty loud. That is just how it is when you are dealing with rotomoulding and manufacturing. We are tucked away in the 3rd Road area. If you walk by, you will probably see trucks moving or hear the machines running inside. We make things out of plastic, mostly big containers and parts that take a lot of heat and spinning to get right. It is hot work, especially in the summer months when the machines have been running since six in the morning. Deepika started this because there was a real need for these parts in this part of town. We are not a big corporate factory with shiny floors and glass walls. It is a practical space. There is dust, there are tools everywhere, and the staff usually has grease or some plastic bits on their clothes. We spend most of our time on the floor making sure the moulds are set right. KR Road is always busy, so we try to get our loading and unloading done early in the morning before the traffic gets too bad. It is a simple setup. We have the office area for the paperwork and answering the phone, but most of the action is in the back. We have been at this for a while now and some of the guys have worked here since the start. It is a job that requires staying on your feet and paying attention.
