You can find us at Shop No 9 in the BT Narayappa Building. We are located right on Hosur Road, which is almost always crowded with cars and buses. A good landmark for us is the D-Mart nearby; we are also right opposite SRS Travels. It is a very busy part of the city. We supply all sorts of industrial items, from small fasteners to larger machine components. Our shop is quite small, so we have to use every bit of wall space for shelves. They are packed from floor to ceiling with boxes and parts. Sometimes it takes a minute to find exactly what a customer is looking for, but we have a pretty good system in our heads. I have been working here for quite some time now, and I know most of our regulars who come in from the nearby factories. We don't have any fancy mission statements or marketing slogans. We just try to keep the items people need in stock. The air is always filled with the smell of metal and the sound of the traffic outside. We usually keep the door open to get some air, even if it brings in a bit of dust. It is a straightforward way to make a living. We open up in the morning and stay until the evening rush is over. Dealing with industrial supplies isn't always exciting, but it is important work for the local shops around Hosur Road.
