You can find us at No.102 on the first floor of the J.C.Nest-1 Apartment. We’re tucked away in Singapura Garden, which is over in the Abbigere area. It’s a bit unusual for a tool business to be in an apartment building, but it suits us fine. We don't do heavy casting or anything loud that would bother the neighbors. It’s mostly precision work and small tools that require a steady hand. I remember moving the first few benches in; it was a lot of work getting them up the stairs. Now the place is full of drawers with tiny parts and measuring instruments. We have a small crew of three people. We spend most of our time sitting at the benches under bright lamps. It’s quiet work, which I like. The view from the window is just the street below, which is usually quite peaceful. Sometimes the delivery guys have trouble finding the 2nd Cross, so I often have to go down to the main road to wave them in. We don't have a big website or a marketing department. We just do the work as it comes in. Most of our clients are people we’ve known for years. We make sure the dimensions are right and that the metal is good. That’s about all there is to it. We take our breaks on the small balcony and watch the birds. It’s a good little spot for us.
