We’re located at No. 36, G-956, right on the ground floor. It’s in the 5th Block of Ayyappa Nagar, just behind the Bharat Petrol Pump in K.R. Puram. Finding us is usually easy because of the petrol pump landmark. S K Hydraulics Marketing & Services is where we spend all our time. It’s a ground-floor space, which makes it easier for moving the heavy hydraulic parts in and out. We don't have a fancy display window or anything like that. Usually, there are just some tools lying around and some coffee cups on the desk. It’s just a few of us here. We handle the sales and the servicing too, so we’re often out on calls or busy in the back. The neighborhood is okay, but the 3rd Main road gets a bit congested in the evenings. We’ve been here for a while, so we know the local shops and the people around. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to make sure the hydraulics we sell and fix actually work for the people who buy them. There’s no corporate talk here, just plain English and maybe a few jokes to get through the day. We don't have a receptionist, so if the phone rings, one of us just wipes our hands and picks it up. That’s how we do things. It's been working for us so far and we don't plan to change it.
