My workspace is located at C-1201 in the Bannerghatta Vikas Industrial Estate. I’m part of the Amoda Valmark complex, which is near Begur Hobli. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here depending on where you are coming from in the city, but it’s a good spot for work once you arrive. The industrial estate has a very specific feel to it—lots of trucks, warehouses, and people moving crates. Being in a large complex like Amoda Valmark means there are always people around, but it stays fairly quiet inside the actual unit. I spend a lot of my time here at the desk, working through whatever projects are on the schedule for the month. It’s a modern enough building, but I’ve kept my specific area pretty simple. There are some windows that look out towards the other blocks, and you can see the city expanding in the distance. The traffic around Begur Hobli can be quite a headache in the mornings and evenings, so I try to time my arrivals and departures to avoid the worst of it. It’s a serious enough place but it doesn't feel cold. I’ve got my setup exactly how I like it. Most of the day is spent on the computer or on the phone, dealing with the various details of the business. It’s a steady pace, and being situated in such a known industrial hub makes things feel very grounded and practical. Sometimes the elevators are slow, but I don't mind the wait for a few extra minutes.
