You can find us up on the second floor of the A C Market on Brigade Road. It is a busy spot, especially with St. Patrick’s Church right nearby. We have been here at number 105 for a good bit of time now. Dealing with travel means there is always something going on with tickets or bookings. It gets loud outside with all the people on Brigade Road, but it is a bit quieter once you get up to the second floor. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or checking schedules on the screens. People come in looking to go all sorts of places. We just try to get the details right. It is a lot of back and forth with airlines and hotels. Sometimes the systems are slow and we just have to wait it out. Our office isn't very big, just enough space for the desks and some chairs for when people come to visit. We are right in the middle of everything here. It makes it easy for clients to drop in while they are out shopping or running errands. We don't go in for anything fancy. It is just a regular travel office where we handle the day-to-day work of getting people from one place to another. Most of us have worked here long enough to know the usual problems that come up. We just keep the records straight and help people out.
