Decorvision Estates

We’ve been running Decorvision Estates out of Basavanagar for a while now. Specifically, you can find us at 196 on 7th Cross in the GBJ Hal East Extension area. It’s right on Laxmi Road near Survey No 45 A. Things are usually busy around here. We just handle the day-to-day stuff that comes with property and estates. The office isn't anything fancy, just a regular workspace where we get things done. Most days, we are either answering calls or looking over paperwork for the houses and land around this part of town. It’s a local operation. We know the streets around Laxmi Road pretty well because we spend so much time here. People stop by to ask about plots or just to see what’s available. Basavanagar is growing quite a bit, so there’s always something going on. We don't really do much advertising. Most people find us by just walking past the sign on the cross road. It’s just us doing the work. Sometimes it gets a bit messy with all the files, but that’s how it goes when you’ve been in one spot for a long time. We keep regular hours. If you’re coming from the main road, just look for the 7th Cross. We’re right there in the building at number 196. It’s a straightforward setup. We focus on the estates here and don't really bother with things outside our neighborhood. The rain sometimes leaks a bit near the front door, but we just put a bucket there. We aren't worried about being perfect.
