We’ve been here in Kasturi Nagar for a while now. The office is tucked away on 3rd Cross, right in Papiah Layout. Most people know the 4th Main area, so we aren’t too hard to find. It’s a busy spot in Bangalore, especially with all the new houses coming up lately. We spend most of our time dealing with local properties and helping folks find a place to stay or invest their money. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit messy, but that is just how things go around here. You might see us walking around the layout checking on sites or just grabbing a coffee nearby. It’s not a fancy setup, just a regular desk and some chairs where we talk to neighbors and clients. We know these streets pretty well since we are here every single day. Bangalore is changing fast, and even this part of town looks different than it did a few years back. We just try to keep up with what’s available on the market. If you are passing by the 43 area, you can stop in and say hello. There is usually someone around the office during the day, unless we are out looking at a building. It's a straightforward job, really. We just show people what’s out there and help with the basic stuff that comes with renting or buying. Nothing too complicated, just local work for people in the neighborhood.
