It’s been a while since we set up here at Dr Radhakrishnan Marg in Belgaum. Most people just know us for the helicopters and planes we look after. We’re tucked away at CCB/217, and it’s a busy spot most mornings. There is always someone checking a flight schedule or making sure a pilot is ready to go. It’s not just about the flying part though. There is a lot of paperwork and technical stuff that happens in the back rooms that nobody sees. Our team in Karnataka keeps things moving. Sometimes the weather gets messy and we have to shuffle everything around, which is a headache, but that’s just how it goes in this line of work. We aren't a big flashy office with glass walls. It’s a practical space where we focus on getting the aircraft where they need to be. You might see the crew grabbing tea nearby before a shift starts. People around here are used to the sound of engines. We’ve stayed in this location for a good reason, it’s where we feel settled. Some days are quieter than others, but usually, there's a lot of noise and movement. We try to keep things simple and just do the work that’s right in front of us. If you ever stop by the Belgaum office, you’ll probably find someone drinking coffee and looking over a map. It’s just how we operate day to day without making a big fuss about it.
