Deccan Aviation

We’re based out in Vijay Nagar, which is a really busy part of Bangalore. Deccan Aviation has been around for a bit, and this is where we handle the local side of things. It’s not an actual airport, obviously, but we do a lot of the ground-level work that keeps everything else moving. The office is usually a bit of a mess with papers, maps, and coffee cups. We don't have a lot of time for decorating or making things look pretty for visitors. Most of the people here are just trying to coordinate schedules or deal with the logistics of getting things from point A to point B. Bangalore traffic is a constant topic of conversation because it makes everyone late for everything. We spend a lot of time on the phone, sometimes arguing with people and sometimes just trying to figure out where a delivery went. It’s a fast-paced environment, but not in a cool, cinematic way. It’s more like a "where did I put that folder?" kind of fast-paced. We have a small crew and we’ve all known each other for years, so we don't bother with being overly polite or formal. We just say what needs to be said and get back to work. It’s a practical place for practical people. We aren't trying to sell you a dream, we're just making sure the flights and logistics are handled without too many problems.
