Our office is tucked away at 125, 8th Cross in Rashad Nagar. It’s part of the AC Post area, which can be a bit tricky to find if you aren't familiar with the Govindapura Main Road. We’ve been operating out of this part of Bangalore for a good while. It’s a standard brick-and-mortar building in a residential-looking patch of Karnataka. We spend our days dealing with flight schedules and paperwork. It isn't all about flying high in the sky; a lot of it is just sitting at desks in 560045. The road outside can be a bit dusty, and there’s always some construction going on nearby. We have a small crew here. Everyone knows where the good lunch spots are around the corner. We don't have a giant sign or a shiny glass front. It’s just an office where we keep the records and talk to the pilots. Sometimes the rain in Bangalore makes the 8th Cross a bit muddy, but we manage. We’ve got some old maps on the walls and plenty of filing cabinets that have seen better days. It feels like a workspace that has been used well over the years. We show up early, drink too much coffee, and try to keep everything on track. It’s a practical setup for an aviation company, focusing more on the logs than the looks.
