Deccan Aviation Pvt Ltd is located at 25, 1st Main, 6th Cross in the Krishnappa Block of Ganganagar, Bangalore. We are tucked away in a residential area, so it’s not your typical aviation office. You won't find any planes parked outside here. It’s a space looked after by Subhan Baig and it’s where we handle all the administrative side of things. The neighborhood is quite old and has a lot of character. We have a small office with a few desks and some very old filing cabinets that are overflowing with papers. It’s a bit of a maze inside with all the boxes and equipment. We don't have a big corporate lobby or a fancy coffee machine. We just make our own tea in the back room. Sometimes it’s a bit quiet, and other times it’s a mad rush to get things sorted. We don't have any slick marketing materials. We just use the phones and computers to stay in touch with our contacts. Most people find us by word of mouth because we’ve been in this Ganganagar spot for so many years. It’s a very grounded way to work in a business that is usually about being up in the air. We don't have any big speeches about our goals. We just focus on the logistics and the daily paperwork. It’s a humble setup but it works for us.
