We’ve been over here at 42, 3rd Cross in Ramamurthy Nagar for a while now. Sir M V Nagar is a busy spot, and our little office stays pretty active with all the aviation stuff we handle. Being in Bangalore, you get used to the traffic, but we manage to get things done. It’s mostly about keeping the planes moving and making sure the schedules work out like they’re supposed to. We aren’t a huge corporate tower or anything, just a regular place where people come to work every morning. Most of us live nearby, so we know the area well. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, honestly. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when things are moving fast, but that’s just how it is in this business. We don’t spend much time on fancy decorations or anything. The desks are usually covered in files, and the coffee machine is always running. People stop by to ask about flights or technical things, and we just tell them what we know. It’s a practical way to run things. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years, more buildings going up every month. We just keep doing our part from this corner of Bangalore.
