Daya Mk Developers is based on Krishnarajendra Road. Specifically, we are at 5th B Main, K R Road 16. It’s a busy part of the city with a lot of movement all the time. Our office is right there in the middle of it all. We spend a lot of time looking at plans and talking over the noise of the traffic outside. It’s a lived-in space. There are maps pinned to the walls and rolls of paper everywhere you look. We don’t have a receptionist in a suit or a fancy waiting area. If someone comes by, they just grab a stool and we talk. K R Road has its own rhythm, and we’ve become part of it over the years. The building we are in is older, but it’s sturdy and serves us well. We don’t really follow a strict corporate dress code or anything. It’s more about being ready to go out to a site if we need to. The local shops nearby are where we usually get our lunch. It’s a very local way of doing things. We know the other business owners on the street. It feels like a neighborhood even though it's a commercial area. We just keep our heads down and focus on the projects we have in front of us. It’s a lot of long hours, but that’s just how the work goes. We find it is better to just be honest and practical.
