Datatech Systems

Datatech Systems is located on 1st Cross Road in Shirdi Sai Nagar. We’re part of the RK Hegde Nagar area, over in Kothanur. It’s a bit of a walk from the main bus stop, but it’s a nice enough area. Our office is pretty basic. We have a few long tables with computers set up and a bunch of hard drives piled up in the corner. Most of what we do involves moving data around or setting up systems for people who don't want to deal with the technical side of things. It’s not the most exciting work to describe, but it keeps us busy from morning until late evening. The lighting in here isn't the best, so we use a lot of desk lamps to see what we're doing. We get a lot of people from the local neighborhood coming in because they’ve had a computer crash or they lost some files they shouldn't have. We do what we can to help. Sometimes it’s an easy fix and sometimes it takes us all night. We don't really have a set schedule for lunch; we just eat whenever there's a break in the work. There’s a small shop nearby where we get our snacks. We’ve been in Kothanur for a while and we’ve seen the area change quite a bit, but our little corner of Shirdi Sai Nagar stays pretty much the same.
