You can find us in Basaveshwarnagar, which is a pretty green and settled part of Bangalore. Our office is called Chidambara Nivas, located at number 13 on the 3rd Cross in Kirlaskar Colony. We are in the 3rd Stage area, near Laxminagar. It’s a very quiet street, which is good because the work we do involves a lot of research and software data, which needs a bit of concentration. The building itself has a very residential look, like many of the offices in this part of town. Inside, there are computers everywhere and bookshelves filled with old manuals and technical guides. We’ve been around since the pin code was just Bangalore-79. The staff is mostly local people who have been with us for years. We have a small garden area in the front where we sometimes stand and talk during our breaks. The morning starts with the sound of the birds and the occasional milk delivery van. It’s a far cry from the noisy IT hubs on the other side of the city. We handle a lot of complex data research, so the atmosphere is usually quite serious, but we have our moments of fun during the afternoon tea break. It’s a comfortable place to work, even if the furniture is a little bit dated and the floorboards creak sometimes. We just focus on our research and keep things moving as best as we can.
