We are based on the 11th floor of the N1 Block inside Manyata Embassy Business Park. It’s a big place, and sometimes finding the right elevator feels like a task in itself. At Darsys Technologies Private Limited, we focus on the tech side of things. Being in a large business park like Manyata means there are always a lot of people around, which can be a bit overwhelming at times. Our office is just a regular workspace with the usual chairs and desks. We don't have any of those indoor slides or bean bags you hear about in some startups. We just have our workstations and a small area to eat lunch. Most of our day is spent looking at code or fixing bugs that someone reported. It can be repetitive, but we’re used to it. The view from the 11th floor is actually pretty good when it’s not raining too hard. We try to keep things relaxed among the staff because the work itself can be quite stressful. No one here wears a suit unless they absolutely have to for a specific reason. We just want to finish our tasks and make sure the software is doing what it is supposed to do. It’s a lot of typing and clicking. When the clock hits five or six, we join the crowd heading for the gates. It’s just how it goes for us here in Bengaluru. No big mystery to it.
