At Dark Matter Tech Private Limited, we spend most of our time dealing with data and technical setups. It’s the kind of work that requires a lot of sitting and staring at monitors for hours on end. We aren't a massive corporation with glass walls and fancy lounges. Our space is more about getting the work done than looking impressive. The team is small, and we mostly keep to ourselves. Sometimes we go out for a quick tea at the corner stall when the afternoon slump hits. Dealing with technology can be frustrating when things don't go as planned, but that is just part of the daily life here. We don't have any big slogans or lofty goals posted on the walls. We just come in, check the emails, and start working on the current projects. Usually, things are pretty calm unless a deadline is staring us in the face. Bangalore is full of tech companies, and we are just one of many tucked away in this part of town. We’ve grown accustomed to the rhythm of the street outside. It’s a job that keeps us busy, and at the end of the day, that is what matters most to us. We just handle the technical bits and pieces that come our way.
