Our office is tucked away in BTM Layout, specifically at 4 BTM Layout 4th A Cross. Being near Madivala means there is always noise from the 20th Main Road, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. Damodar Pandurang Reddy And Associates is a long name for a group of people who just spend their time looking at files and helping folks out with their problems. The 1st Stage area is busy, and finding our door can be tricky if you aren't looking for the small sign. We’ve got stacks of folders in every corner because that’s just how this business goes. Sometimes the electricity acts up and we have to wait a bit to get back to the computers, but we make do with what we have. It’s not a shiny glass building or anything like that. It’s just an old-school office where we drink too much tea and talk about the latest updates in our field. Our neighbors are mostly families and a few other small businesses, so it feels like a real community. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm around, just the one that stays open late to get the job done right. If you come by, you’ll probably hear a few of us arguing over a specific detail in a document. That’s just a normal morning for us here in BTM. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
