Daily Bread

We are located at the T.G. Guest House, which is number 29/3 in C.K.C. Garden. This is on the 2nd Main, near the Mission Road Cross in Bangalore. The pin code is 560027. If you walk by early enough, you can usually smell things being prepped for the day. It’s a bit of an older part of town, which we like because it has some character. We aren't a giant factory or anything. It is a more local operation where we keep an eye on everything ourselves. The kitchen gets hot and the flour gets everywhere, but that is how a bakery should be. We have a few staff members who have been with us since we started at this location. We know the neighbors and the people who walk their dogs past the shop every morning. It’s a simple life. We don't have a marketing team or anyone telling us how to speak. We just know how to make bread and how to treat people who come through the door. The Mission Road area can get really crowded with cars in the afternoon, so we usually try to get our deliveries out early. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make sure there is fresh bread on the shelves. It’s honest work and we are glad to be doing it here in this corner of Bangalore.
